Dumisani is Managing Director at Morolong Inc.
He graduated with an LLB Cum Laude degree from the University of Zululand in 2000 subsequent to which he served articles of clerkship at Woodhead Bigby and later Norton Rose Fulbright both in Durban.
He was admitted as Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in June 2003.
After a short spell in the academia, with the University of Zululand, Dumisani went on to spent 15 years as in-house legal advisor with various entities in government as well as the private sector.
In November 2017, Dumisani returned to private practice founding Morolong Inc. a where he amongst others, advise a broad range of clients on legal aspects of the music business.
His clients are in the main, individual composers, authors and recording artists as well as artist owned independent record labels predominantly within the gospel music genre.
He sits on a number industry advisory bodies and committees and is past chairperson of SAMPRA.

Keratilwe Phasha is an associate attorney at Morolong Inc., where she began her career as a candidate attorney. She completed her bachelor of laws at the University of the Free State in 2021 and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa on the 13th of October 2025.
Keratilwe practices primarily in civil litigation, matrimonial and family law, and contract drafting.
Her work includes drafting pleadings, drafting contracts, providing consultations and managing client relationships.
Through her experience at the firm, Keratilwe has developed practical skills in managing disputes, assisting clients through legal processes, and drafting clear and effective legal agreements.

Mcebo Dlamini is a Candidate Legal Practitioner at Morolong Inc.

He obtained his LLB degree at the University of Zululand, subsequent to which he joined Legal-wise South Africa as Legal Counsel and later, Claims Assessor.

After a brief stint with the KZN Department of Agriculture and Fisheries, he joined the Road Accident Fund where he gained practical experience in the area of third-party claims.

He joined Morolong Inc in 2023 and his areas of practice are primarily third-party claims, civil litigation and matrimonial law

Lindelwa Masuku is a Candidate Legal Practitioner with Morolong Inc.

She completed a BA Law and later an LLB Degrees at Wits University in 2018.
Prior to ceding her articles to Morolong Inc in 2025, Lindelwa spent time at another law firm where
she gained invaluable experience in the areas of third-party claims, primarily medical malpractice and
road accident fund claims.
She continues to advice on these areas for of the law in addition to providing support to the
matrimonial law and general civil litigation team.

Siyabonga Hlengwa is an Administrative Assistant at Morolong Inc., with several years of experience in administrative support across both public and non-profit sectors.
He began his career as an Administrative Officer (Experiential) at the Department of Education (Co-Curricular Support Services) in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal, from 1 October 2009 to 31 March 2010. He later served as a Registry Clerk Intern at the Department of Rural Development and Land Reform from 1 April 2013 to 31 March 2014.
Siyabonga further expanded his experience as an Administrative Officer Intern at the Mzala Nxumalo Centre, a non-profit organisation, from 1 May 2016 to 27 April 2017.
He is currently employed at Morolong Inc., where he has been serving as an Administrative Assistant since September 2023.
He holds a National Diploma in Office Management and Technology from the Durban University of Technology, completed in 2009 and conferred in 2010.
In his current role, Siyabonga focuses on providing comprehensive administrative support to the firm. Through his work, he has developed strong practical skills in managing administrative processes, supporting client interactions, and contributing to the efficient operation of the organisation.

Wandile Motsamai is a Senior Consultant in the firm’s Estate Structuring Department.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Administration, an Honours degree in Public Administration, and a Master of Administration in Public Administration, all obtained from the University of South Africa (UNISA).

He has also completed a certificate in Estate and Trust Administration through the Tax Faculty.

Before joining Morolong Inc. in 2021, he held various roles within government departments as well as at the American Embassy in Pretoria.

Wandile is responsible for advising on a broad range of matters relating to estate structuring, including the drafting of wills as well as the establishment and administration of family trusts for estate planning and tax efficiency purposes.
